Gul Panag gets into heated argument

A book reading had to be hastily ended after Gul Panag and producer cum social activist Ashok Pandit got into a heated argument at the book store Crossword.

They were debating on Varon B.K. Sharma's book “The Assassination Of George Bush” when the subject moved on to terrorism.

When Gul said that the root cause of terrorism, such as poverty, should be looked at to deal with terrorism, Pandit, who is a displaced Kashmiri, did not support her point and an argument started between them.

Pandit said he was a victim of terrorism since last 20 years and that terrorism should be crushed.

Gul maintained that one should find out why the poor people are taking to guns.

Mahesh Bhatt also supported Gul and said terrorist should be treated with love, affection and sympathy.

Pandit got very upset and finally said that terrorists do not understand the language of peace and they should be ruthlessly killed.

But before the argument could worsen, the Crossword guys came into picture and ended the book reading function. Gul left the place in a rage!
