Shazahn Padamsee, daughter of adman and theatre personality Alyque Padamsee and singer Sharon Prabhakar, is going to debut in the Shimit Amin directed film being produced by Yash Raj Films. And her co-star will be none other than Ranbir Kapoor. Having already dabbled in modelling and theatre, Shazahn is all set to conquer the film industry too. Initially, Sonam Kapoor and Deepika Padukone were also considered for this role but nothing materialised. The director also felt that a new face would suit the film better. However, the young actress is yet to confirm this report. Shazahn had earlier turned down an offer from Percept Picture Company to act in Raftaar.
